I am so excited! Yesterday I finished setting up the looms in their new home in the Attic Arts Centre and Studio, which is a wonderful space and creative community. It is perfect – a shared studio with lots of artistic activities going on and opportunities for collaboration. I am really looking forward to our first beginner’s course, which starts on February 5^th. There will be six two-hour sessions – during which our students will learn how to create colourful, un ique weavings using a range of Saori weaving techniques, combined with some basic weaving principles and mixed up with a good dose of personal self-expression. I can’t wait for the adventure to begin…
